How much is delivery?
We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING Australia wide on all orders over $70.00
All Australian orders under $70.00 will incur a $9 shipping charge

How long will my order take to be delivered?
All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are usually packed and dispatched within 24 hours. We ship all Australian deliveries via the Australia Post Express Post service. This should ensure next day delivery for metropolitan areas. Australia wide deliveries should be received within 1-3 business days of dispatch, however due to external factors, please allow up to 5 business days before contacting Glam Raider. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with full tracking details. During busy sale or promotional periods, orders may take longer to dispatch due to the high volume of orders being processed. Please note that we will always endeavour to have all parcels dispatched within 72 business hours of order placement.

Can you ship to a PO BOX in Australia?
Yes, we are able to ship to residential, business and PO BOX addresses within Australia. Please note that we cannot ship to a PO BOX for international orders.

Do you deliver overseas?
We currently only ship to Australia, New Zealand, UK and USA.

What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
Australia Post will leave a card letting you know that there was an attempted delivery and that your package is now awaiting collection at an Australia Post branch. Occasionally, the calling cards may go missing or are misplaced so it is always a good idea to also track your order online to follow its delivery progress.

How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our customer care team providing you with tracking details. All of our shipped orders can be tracked online.

Can I change my order after I have placed it online?
Once your order has been placed, it is generally not possible to amend any details as our team will have already started processing your order. However we want to help resolve any issues as much as we can. If you find that you need to amend any details such as your address please contact us by email immediately at customercare@glamraiderbeauty.com.au or call us on 03 9489 4572 and if possible, we will help as much as we can. Please note that cancellation requests can only be considered if your order has not been processed in any way by our team and are not guaranteed. Cancellations will incur a 10% cancellation fee. 

Can I return or exchange my purchases?
We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. You can find our returns policy here

What happens if my item is faulty or I receive the wrong order?
Please contact us right away if you feel that an item has been sent incorrectly or if it is faulty. We will get back to you ASAP to resolve the issue. 

The product swatch looks different on my phone and laptop. Why?
Colour varies on all screens and can be different on mobiles, computers and tablets. We suggest you research online to look at different swatches so that you select the correct colour products.

What kind of packaging will I receive?
Our orders are sent out in our signature, holographic Glam Raider boxes! See more info here

Is there a Glam Raider store in Australia?
We are an online store only.

Do you accept telephone orders?
No, we don't. However if you email us we can organise to send you a digital invoice for the goods requested.

How do I use a discount code?
When you’ve reached the checkout stage you can enter the promo code into the discount code section. Provided the code is valid, your discount will then be applied.

Where do I use a discount code on a PC, laptop or tablet?
On a desktop, laptop, or tablet the discount code can be entered on either the Customer Information Checkout Page, the Shipping Checkout Page and the Payment Checkout Page. You will need to enter the discount code before you are redirected to PayPal.

Where do I use a discount code on my mobile?
On a mobile phone or tablet, the discount code can be entered on the Payment Checkout Page. You will need to enter the discount code before you are redirected to PayPal.

Are all of your products authentic?
All of our products are 100% authentic. We are official stockists for all brands that we carry.

I paid via PayPal and my receipt says Leopard Love Pty Ltd. Why?
Leopard Love Pty Ltd is the parent company of Glam Raider.

Who does our swatches?
Our lip and eye swatches are done by two very talented artists - Nikkia Joy and Nataliya Stefani.
