How To Use:
Tracing the natural shape of the lip, swipe bullet across the lips. Reapply until desired opacity is achieved.

For a more dimensional look, pair with a Lip Sync Gel Lip Liner of a deeper shade. If more dimension is desired, add a lighter shade to the center of the lip and press the lips together to blend. For a glossier finish, top with Hi Bald!
